Planning Scheme Amendment C267morn proposes to correct anomalies in the Mornington Peninsula Planning Scheme and apply the Heritage Overlay to 39 Graydens Road, Hastings and 112 Stuart Road, Tyabb.

The amendment is required to correct anomalies and errors identified in the Mornington Peninsula Planning Scheme. The amendment also applies heritage controls to sites identified as having heritage significance.
General Changes Proposed
- Schedule 1 to the Erosion Management Overlay is amended to insert the heading “Erosion Prone Slopes”
- Schedule 2 to the Erosion Management Overlay is amended to insert the heading “Unstable Slopes”.
- Schedule to Clause 52.02 – Easements, Restrictions and Reserves is amended to remove Section 3.0 – easements from the Schedule.
- Schedule to Clause 72.03 – What does the planning scheme consist of? is amended to update the maps comprising of the Mornington Peninsula Planning Scheme.

The Minister for Planning has decided to approve the amendment with changes.
