Project Value: $4 Million

The Mornington Community House provides important community services and is currently located at 9 Albert St Mornington.

Following detailed consultation with key stakeholders and the community, Council resolved to relocate the Mornington Community House to Wilsons Road Mornington.

Mornington Peninsula Shire has been successful in receiving grant funding through the State Government’s Growing Suburbs Fund to assist in the delivery of the new home for the Mornington Community House.

The proposed scope of works will also include significant building additions to the Studio @PCT hall, located within the community precinct. The site will be shared with the Peninsula Community Theatre, ‘The Corner’ youth centre, Mornington Men’s Shed and RPP FM local radio station. The existing carpark will also be upgraded.
